Attractions easily handicap accessible?

All of the Smithsonian Museums are accessible. Avoid the hours between 11AM and 2PM since that's when it gets crowded. Mondays and Tuesdays are the least crowded. The Washington Monument has an elevator. Although the Smithsonian Zoo has a few hills it's mostly accessible. Every station in the DC Metro (subway) has an elevator.
