I need help I buried my 16 old son in a wreck October 25, 2006. I'm still paying for the plot.?

I just got the monument paid for but the cemetery won't allow me to put up Michael's monument until the plot is paid for. I'm a mother of three wonderful children. I do work full time. I just really need his monument up for me and his siblings. I really believe it will help me alot.
