Can the integral test b used for the following series ? and if yes, which diverge and which converge ??!!?

as long as these series are decreasing yeah you could say they converge by the integral test...otherwise if they are a harmonic series they shouldn't converge unless it's an alternating harmonic series...i really don't want to go into work for you read your book....perform the integral test and see if the integrand meets the conditions
