Cheap footless leggings?

Been looking on ebay and such but would like to get some packs of leggings and most only sell 1/ 2 in a pack for �5/6 quid which considering they are just tights without the feet they seem pretty expensive (im a poor student)... neone know any places online or somewhere near liverpool or london that do deals? Thanks.
