Is it too late to keep my condo?

I filed for BK7 Nov9 everything was completed Jan20 ,My attorney mention that putting in my condo was included in the bk filing, i was searching for info on home exemptions and any possible ways of saving my condo. I havent recieved any default notice and my lender has sent regualer confirming payment letters as if everything was normal. Can i negotiate with the trustee? or the lender, or what about my homestead Declaration i did file one 5 yrs ago when i had it built. any thoughts are appreciated.
