Is there a US based anti-Bush resistance army yet? One that's organizing to overthrow the govmnt if need be?

Next year US citizens will be forced into carrying radio chips on their ID papers AT ALL TIMES. Shortly after that it's very possible they will be forcing us to implant an ID chip into our bodies. I won't do it, I'd rather join a resistance group to fight the dictator or kill myself. Is there such a resistance group forming now? If so who and where is this?
