My friend is addicted to roxicodone aka roxies. How can I help before it is too late?

I know my Friend's family is going crazy as well, but they think just pestering and yelling will make my friend stop. I know it won't it hasn't yet. My friend needs something like an intervention and rehab, but I don't know how to go about that. Help??!!
