17 and scared. i think im pregnant..?

well my period has always been irregular but ihad unprotected with my boyfriend on saturday 6/5/10 and my period is due sometime this week and it hast come..but i have had cramps and tiny twinges of pain in my hip area..there is discharge is tht normal??? i just need to know what to do...and if this is normal? if i am pregnant where can i legally get an abortionw w/o parental consent. thnk you :)
