I really can't take this pain anymore!!!!?

So back in May of 2007, I had horrible side and abdomen pain. It was terrible. I could barely walk it hurt so bad. Bending over to tie my shoe was impossible. The pain brought me to tears. I then went into the hospital with the pain being so bad. They did man tests and ultrasounds and the first hospitals doctor said i had gallstones (stones in the gall bladder) and appendicitis (dont know if thats spelled right) Well they wanted to do a double operation and needed to do a cat scan. So i took a urine sample and the nurse came back and told me i was a week pregnant so they couldnt do a cat scan. Well hours went by and i was sent to another hospital and they ruled out gallstones they couldnt find them anymore and appenicitis they ruled out as well. They couldnt find any signs of a baby and tld me nothing was wrong with me. I went home with the same pain i left with. Now here i sit over a year later with the same pains. I cant deal with it anymore. HELP!!!!
