My dog has bruised, red swollen from feeding is there any natural way to help her?

My small dog had her first litter a couple of weeks ago. I had never let her breed but when she started showing interest in the neighbor dog, I let her go for it. She will be six years this month. What I am wanting to know is if there is a natural/homeopathic remedy. I do not like taking her to the vet as the three I've taken her to were all overpriced and often cold towards her. I believe animals even the domestic ones still have the wild side deep in them. They still have their canine intuition. She is not crying or whining during feeding but she is refusing to feed them as much. If you have any suggestions I would be more than happy to hear them. Thanks!
