Please Help With Leg Exercises?

Squats really are the best way to tone legs and make them stronger. I was concerned about my thighs and after doing 50 squats a week for 3 weeks, I lost 3" off my thighs and built up some nice muscle definition. A good trick for quick exercise everyday is to pretend you can't bent at the hips so that every time you need to bend down to pet the cat, pick up a pencil etc... you can squat instead of bending forward. Hope I helped. This technique worked great for me. :)
