I have a shower cabinet that u hang on the shower wall. In my old place was regular drywall. I moved to my new place That has tile walls, I used the mounting tape as well as calk. It lasted for one day. The cabinet is small it holds a shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as 2 small spaces to put toothbrushes razors or small items the whole thing weights about 10 lbs, when other items are put on. The self adhesive tape got wet, n calk wad gooey. What will hold on tile?

05 jeep wrangler heater is only blowing for the defrost no matter what setting you have it on?

Just fixed this problem last week actually. (wrangler 05) i went to jeep, the guy showed me how to fix it for next time. Jeep's a/c and heater's default is the defrost. The system works on a vacuum, the cruise control works off the same line as well. With my understanding they are the two things that use the vacuum system.There are several places that it can come lose at, and can be where the two previous people stated above. It is a VERY common jeep issue. But, when the hood is lifted start at the cruise control and follow the hose. The two join together and both are connected. At the end there is a little rubber elbow piece that connects the hose to the engine area (i wish i could remember the proper name). thats where mine came off and continually does so. it gets carbon build-up very easily, they replaced the little rubber piece and i was good to go. But, usually its a very easy fix takes 5 minutes. i am hoping since its the same make and model your problem will be there as well. Second time it's happened so i asked how to fix it :)

Definitely you can, I've been cooking all my life (or at least since I was old enough to reach for the counter top). Water works well as any other base you're trying to use. The trick here is to not use too much, just a little water and add your favorite veggies in it (i prefer tomatoes and spinach for the broth) mash it in the water first while boiling and add some spice of your choice and your good to go. Can I use Schluter Kerdi over drywall?

I'm working on tiling a bath, I'm wondering if using Kerdi directly over the drywall will work. The employees are immature teens who don’t take their job serious & all look like gang members. I stood almost 2 hrs in line @ the guest services desk w/ maybe 50 others who were also complaining about their experience w/ similar & shocking stories. There have been WHITE KIDS BEAT UP BY EMPLOYEES W/ BR KNUCKLES & DRIVE-BY SHOOTINGS & GANG STABBINGS (stories available online). Even the management complains about the lack of care by the current owner!

Why is the forced air heater not working?

No heat last year: changed igniter. Was chilly yesterday, turned heat up to 68 (had been on 66). Turned electric rm heater on last night @ 4 am. Got home today and was freezing. TO THE BASEMENT: Heater was humming, opened door, igniter was blazing red but no heat. Closed door and changed filter (which wasn't that bad) but no heat. Opened and closed door, checked connections but no heat and now igniter not coming on. Can change igniter but if its the igniter why was is on when I first opened it? Thinking igniter failed because had been running since the am hours nonstop. Or when I checked connections made it go out?(but I don't remember it being THAT delicate) Have to change igniter but won't if there's a deeper problem that will result in buying a new furnace. BTW, bought house 5 years ago & just had to replace the water heater- do they last around the same amount of time and therefore this needs replacing too? (I don't know if they were purchased at the same time but am uming)

The Fresh Food Section of my fridge is 50 deg F and the Freezer section is minus 20 deg F. What is wrong?

I have a Whirlpool fridge (model GS6SHEXNS00 built in 2005). I have checked the fridge through and through. The thermostat measures infinity at room temperature, the heater measures 20 ohms and does heat up. The front grill has been cleaned, the condenser fan works, the evaporator fan works. The evaporator coils are snowy and the drain hole is plugged with ice. I even placed a copper wire on the heater wire to prevent the drain hole from plugging up, to no avail. I have defrosted the coils manually with a hair drier several times. My last resort was to change the control PC board which has the defrost timer built-in. The new board did not fix my problem. I have noticed that the distribution vent between the freezer section and the FF section is not blowing any air from the freezer side. Therefore, no cold air is coming from the freezer side. That's probably why the freezer section is much colder than it should be (it should be about 0 deg F) and the FF section is warmer than it should be (it should be between 35-40 deg

Our 2000 Isuzu Rodeo is in transmission fail safe mode, but the OBDII is only giving codes for bad O2 sensors (we've known these are bad all along) - could the bad O2 sensors cause the transmission fail safe mode? The transmission shop we had the rebuilt at a year ago said there isn't anything wrong with the transmission - it's in fail safe mode because of something electrical - could this be it? As a Retired Nurse with 30years in the NHS I would say the NHS ones are probably the best of the bunch ,they are there because they care -ok you get a few rotten apples but that happens everywhere. I am suspicious of any doctor that only has a private practice,they are in it got the money alone. A private psychiatrist will tell you what you want to hear and if that also involves expensive treatment they like it even better.A NHS psychiatrist will give you an honest diagnosis and get you the treatment that will work in the quickest time because it does not pay them to prescribe long drawn out therapies whereas it does if you go private. With many mental conditions there is no cure just treatment and most therapies will either work or not in a few months ,for a private therapist though dragging it out over years and telling you it takes time to work is how they make their money.

My baby girl is currently 16 lbs 8 oz and 27 inches at 9 months old, so she is still well within the height/weight requirements of her infant seat. However, she is starting to fight, cry, and struggle every time I put her in her infant seat (or lay her down in the infant tub or changing table for that matter). A few friends told me that switching to the convertible seat will help because they can sit up (which is what she wants to do). I drive a Toyota Corolla--do you think it would be too big? No mud underneath house...I bought a house that is about 45 years old..it is in Metairie, LA and is on a slab.

It was bought and remodeled and flipped. The inspector said I have a few perimeter voids around the slab where the mud/land subsides and it is somthing I will have to monitor on an ongoing basis. When I went to address it, I noticed/realized that I have no mud underneath my house. If I run my faucet, the water goes like a waterfall underneath my house, and there is enough space to army crawl underneath pretty much the whole thing. An estimate is between 60-85 yards of sand to be pumped at a cost of about $3000. The seller is in the clear because I signed a waiver of redhibition, and the only way is if he hid or lied about it...which I would have to prove, which I pretty much cannot. He never said anything. New plumbing pipes were installed which to me would mean someone went under the house to replace??? right? I am sending a note to the inspection company for negligence, but that would only get me about $700. Anybody have any info on this...dealt with this, any other options I have?

Is the stepmother guardian of my daughter?

My ex and i share custody of our daughter and visitation is every other week with each parent. We have been doing this for the last 6 years. The step mother is claiming to be "guardian" for my daughter-signing school papers as "guardian", calling the school and getting information, even though i notified the school too many times that there are two parents and no guardian. Stepmom even went so far as taking my daughter to a counselor without notifying me. As she would have the same last name as my daughter, I would guess that she even ped herself off as the mother. I guess the stepmom is above me and feels that she can undermine my rights as the Parent. The ex also feels that she can do how and what she feels is her rights to do. I my opinion they are neither. High flyers are taking lots of risks, i'm not saying other styles of wrestling are not taking risks, but high flyers have to be extra careful to execute their moves. One botch could end their career just like that. The style of high flyer has a distinct style that is different and unique. Some might think they are overpraised or or overrated because they may botch a lot. I mean look at Sin Cara, people jumped on the botch bandwagon because he botched his moves. It needs to be realized that botches come with the high flyer and the moves are really risky. Plus the high flyer wants it to look perfectly executed for it to look believable to the audience. So i don't think high flyers are overpraised or overrated. If a wrestler is always limited to the same old moves, then people will probably say the high flyer is overrated due to the repetitiveness. High flying takes lots of skill and practice.

Question about Moby wrap?

I found the moby wrap great with my newborn, but more difficult as he got older and able to move around more. By about 6 months I switched to the Ergo Carrier. One thing to consider is that if you haven't 'worn' him in the past, he might be a bit resistant to it now... not sure! But I don't use the moby with our 9 1/2 month old just because he wiggles around so much! I also did find it a bit difficult to put on to a point where I felt it was secure to hold the baby. I have read about pive-agressive behaviour recently and it confirms why I feel so confused and guilty around my husband. Just one thing though - he does keep most of his promises, he is reliable and has a good job. I am more of a natural girl. I Do wear makeup and dress up but my overall look especially makeup is more everyday/neutral than glamourous. You would have a lot more abuses from prosecutors. Believe it or not, the double jeopardy law was created to protect the criminals and not the system. It says that a person cannot be tried twice for the same crime. This is to prevent a prosecutor from basically bringing someone to trial 800 times in a row to try and hope that one jury out of all of those will find him guilty. Basically, it tells a prosecutor that he had better have his ducks all lined up before proceeding with the trail.

Please Help With Leg Exercises?

Squats really are the best way to tone legs and make them stronger. I was concerned about my thighs and after doing 50 squats a week for 3 weeks, I lost 3" off my thighs and built up some nice muscle definition. A good trick for quick exercise everyday is to pretend you can't bent at the hips so that every time you need to bend down to pet the cat, pick up a pencil etc... you can squat instead of bending forward. Hope I helped. This technique worked great for me. :)

I really can't take this pain anymore!!!!?

So back in May of 2007, I had horrible side and abdomen pain. It was terrible. I could barely walk it hurt so bad. Bending over to tie my shoe was impossible. The pain brought me to tears. I then went into the hospital with the pain being so bad. They did man tests and ultrasounds and the first hospitals doctor said i had gallstones (stones in the gall bladder) and appendicitis (dont know if thats spelled right) Well they wanted to do a double operation and needed to do a cat scan. So i took a urine sample and the nurse came back and told me i was a week pregnant so they couldnt do a cat scan. Well hours went by and i was sent to another hospital and they ruled out gallstones they couldnt find them anymore and appenicitis they ruled out as well. They couldnt find any signs of a baby and tld me nothing was wrong with me. I went home with the same pain i left with. Now here i sit over a year later with the same pains. I cant deal with it anymore. HELP!!!!

I have a stomach virus; why do I throw up everything I eat?

I'm 14 and havent thrown up for about 7 or 8 years now, so of course I was afraid of throwing up in the first place. I threw up late last night and at first it was a lot but then it was very little and I gagged so much and could barely breathe. It was so horrible! And then, I tried to drink some lemony water and after about 15 minutes I threw up. So every 15 or 20 minutes I'd puke. Pretty much, I know that anything I eat or drink will cause me to throw up, why does this happen? It's really annoying and I want to get better by Monday but I highly doubt it because I have a really upset stomach and it got really bloated and won't go away. My chilli tastes irony after adding scotch bonnet chillis..is it ok to eat?

I am a former chef and worked in Jamaica, and still do alot of Jamaican cooking both meat wise and vegetarian, and scotch bonnet peppers do have a bit of a minerally taste, it is not bad you may have to adjust your seasonings.

Soooo like the thing that sucks is that tanks have to be 3 inches in width and shorts must be at fingertip length. I live in Vegas and it is super hot here! Every single race all your hear is whinning crying and complaining. 2 weeks ago Kyle Busch wins the race and then complains the about the new car of tomorrow. If I won that kind of money i'd be jumping for joy. They whine that they go to fast. I've gone to local tracks and seen the cars run faster than nascar on the same size track. My daughter was born not breathing and her heart wasn't beating due to lack of oxygen at birth she is a twin her brother came out fine. He came out lly and she was emergency c-section. They are 3 months old now. She has been home a mth and and a half now. She had to be rushed to the Nicu in the next town over where she stayed for a mth and a half. The doctors believe that she has some brain damage from this. As a result she can not swallow and she shakes she has a feeding tube called a g- tube. Hard water stains on granite..?

ok so i got the depo shot the end of may and was due for another the end of august (which i didnt get). it worked fine until the beginning of july i began my period for an entire month. from july 3rd to july 26th!!! which my doc told me was normal since i wasnt bleeding alot. i didnt want to get another becuz i was scared to have a period for so long again. but anyways, i havent had another period, but i have had unprotected alot since my period ended in july. and i have had a close friend get pregnant on the depo shot as well... should i wait a little longer then take a home test? but also the catch is... my bf got a vasectomy over a year ago when he and his ex no longer wanted more kids. he got it before deployment and never went back to get tested to see if it worked.... i am so ter brained right now. i just need insight from someone!!! thanks!!

My small dog had her first litter a couple of weeks ago. I had never let her breed but when she started showing interest in the neighbor dog, I let her go for it. She will be six years this month. Should I replace or fix my cracked fibergl tub?

Given all the issues with the current tub, I'd go for replacing with a steel tub. As you say, they don't cost much, and they are sturdy. They're also less fussy when it comes to cleaning. If the support under the current tub is as bad as you suspect, I think the current tub will continue to have issues. Repairing a fibergl tub from the top is going to be very time consuming if you want to get it looking even close to finished, and if it continues to flex due to poor support then the patch could let go eventually. I think tearing out what you have, fixing what's underneath it(if it's been leaking, there may be rot) and installing a new steel tub is the long-term fix. Maybe a little more trouble, but if it's done right you should never have issues with it.

Oh hun! I think you should be proud to have a guy like ya got! I also think that you should take it as a compliment that he gets so nervous when he's around other people in your life because he's only being that way because he wants so desperately to impress you and make them think that he's good for you. If it's a major concern just talk to him and ask why he gets so nervous around other people and tell him that no matter what anyone else thinks of him you love him and he shouldn't be so worried about what they think of him. As far as the jealousy thing goes, I'd say that's also a good thing--as long as it's not excessive. Every person in a relationship is gonna ask questions like that and they might ask them again and again just to make sure. When he gets like that let him know what a turn on he is and how you wouldn't want to be with anyone else because he has what you want. It sounds like ya got a good thing with this guy, except that he's a little insecure.
